The smoothies and drinks here are amazing. Staff has always been super helpful, informative, and polite. The inside is small so not much area to sit. They do have a few tables and chairs outside for good weather days. Would definitely recommend!
I found this place on google while visiting Buffalo. It's incredible - for $9 and under 300 calories, I feel full, satisfied, light & energetic. I could have had the usual Starbucks coffee for 200 + calories with no real satisfaction. So glad I chose this instead. Great start to a Saturday morning. I had the sea salt peanut butter shake - super enjoyable.
Nice little Vegan smoothie bar. It's setup like an actual bar...the only indoor seating is around the bar area. Which I actually love because it gives you the opportunity to sit and chat with the smoothie bartender (who was super nice BTW). There were a Million options... Maybe two million. It is very easy to get overwhelmed when you don't know what you are looking for or if you are like me and want to try every single thing that looks good. There are no food options, but there are plenty of meal replacement shakes. They are vegan based, which turned me off when I first heard it because I am in no way, Vegan. But the amount of different selections to try to keep me coming back. So far my favorite is the sea salt peanut butter shake! Their raspberry tea is delicious also!
